Over 12 years of School Leadership experience. Currently Headteacher, Emmanuel College Kazo (2015 to date). An advocate for Entrepreneurial Skills Empowerment as the path to teachers’ financial health, a redemptive status for the cherished holistic education. Past President, Rotary Club of RUBAGA, District 9211 and Member of Mbazzi Farmers Association.

Holds a B.A.(with Education), Hons. Makerere University, Licence(FLE),Rouen. and a MSc. Human Resource Management in Education, Makerere University.

Fr. Nicholas Sseggobe Kiruma, PhD

Founder and Executive Director

Founder and Executive Director of E-Cubed Educational Consultancy Ltd and Bazze Martyrs Enterprise. E-Cubed aims to excite, engage, and empower all actors in the educational enterprise for greater educational attainment of learners at all levels of education. Bazze Martyrs Enterprise seeks to popularize the Uganda Martyrs and to inspire Christians to ‘Be More and Do More’ in their lives as disciples and witnesses of Christ in the contemporary world.

Fr. Nicholas’ expertise is in educational leadership and educational policy. His academic scholarship and research interests are in the following educational areas: science education, pedagogy, and andragogy; administration, management, and leadership; policy initiatives, policy analysis, and policy diffusion. Fr. Nicholas is the author of a book entitled Redesigning School Inspection for 21^st Century Schools: transforming Schooling in Uganda. Fr. Nicholas is also a Co-Founding Director of the International Institute of African Studies Ireland (IIASI)

Jessica Sanyu

Programmes Coordinator

Jessica oversees E-Cubed Educational Consultancy programmes, scheduling and management of implementation, including identification of the consultancy business opportunities.

She has twenty years’ experience as a secondary school teacher and worked as head teacher for over ten years in Kampala Archdiocese, before joining VSO Rwanda as International Volunteer in 2017 in the position of School Leadership and Management Advisor until 2020. Currently she works with the University of Kisubi in the Quality Assurance Directorate as the Deputy Director of Quality Assurance.

She has vast experience in education leadership and management, project management plus monitoring and evaluation.

Bali B. Bukenya

Director

Bali Bukenya is passionate about community welfare through education, business development and small and medium enterprises that help societies transform their lives through cooperation in income generating enterprises. He strives to improve and build the Community through business management literacy, strategic management of resources and cooperative management. Bali has been in the Energy Industry for the past 20 years focusing mainly on Revenue Management, he holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Financial Management from Texas Southern University.

Godfrey Ssemwanga

Consultant

An experienced professional with a successful career in Financial Services, Risk Management, Innovation & Strategy, Mergers & Startups, Business Research & Development, and Business Management areas. Currently, a certified educator and a licensed Insurance Agent in Texas, USA.

Graduated with Bachelor of Statistics, Master of Business Administration, and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Makerere University. Completed doctoral studies at Grand Canyon University, Arizona, USA. International Olympic Committee certified coach for field Hockey. A Past President of the Rotary Club of Mityana. Always willing to share knowledge for making this world a better place.
